All Ofsted quotes have been taken from our last inspection operating as Home from Home Day Nursery School, and our latest inspection operating as Home from Home Day Nursery School Academy.
Home from Home Day Nursery has had the privilege of being invited to appear in several articles and Parliamentary Year books to speak openly about our views and ethos on early years.
Teach Early Years (previously known as Teach Nursery), wrote a wonderful piece on our setting and how we achieved outstanding. A couple of years later, Teach Early Years revisited Home from Home after we received our second consecutive Ofsted outstanding grade and again we were featured throughout the October edition, with the main article focusing on ‘Consistent Quality’.
Linda Collins, Director, was also asked to write an editorial in reference to ‘excellence in early years’ to be featured in the parliamentary end of year book, which is used as an advisory tool for political reference.
Nursery World looked to early years settings who were supporting the 2 year old scheme. From the beginning, Home from Home have always advocated the scheme and spoke out, supporting the Nursery World editorial.
